Villa Stella is a stone house that stands on the hills of the village of Bibbona, along the country road lined with mulberry trees.
Villa Stella ( max 23 people) homestead is a stone house that stands on the hills of the Village of Bibbona. It was completely renovated in 2011 following the Tuscan tradition. The homestead is reached by a dirt road which is about 2km.
The farmhouse is in an open position and which dominates with its 360 degree views, it has its own swimming pool in a secluded location. The house is on two floors and measures approximately 600square meters in total, it offers the possibility of accommodation for 16 people in two apartments with 4 rooms each, all with private bathroom (+5 extra beds possible)
On the ground floor, which is approximately about 300 square meters there is a large living room with TV area dining area and kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen and living spaces on the ground floor are suitable for a group up to 16 people.
A hallway leads to a staircase that gives access to the first floor. The first floor is about 290squares meters. It has a kitchen dining area, living room and 4 rooms with bathroom as well as a guest bathroom. The first floor has a panoramic terrace facing south and a flight of stars from where you have direct access to the garden. The rooftop terrace is equipped with BBQ, hammock, umbrella, table and chairs.
The outdoors is king as always… a beautiful 12×6 meters heated swimming pool, with uniform depth of 145cm. The solarium is equipped with 8 beds and 8 sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
A stone BBQ oven completes the outside area.
