Villa La Torretta is a beautiful villa with equipment for the highest demands.
Villa La Torretta is located in the province of Pisa, near Palaia, offers enough space to accommodate 13 people and has recently been completely renovated. The property is divided into a main villa and an annex.
The main villa is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a separate toilet, a very nice living room with a fireplace and a large flat-bed TV. There is also a very nice billiard room on the ground floor with a direct exit to the garden.
The first floor is divided as follows:
There is a double bedroom with single beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are also three double bedrooms with double beds and their own bathroom with tub and separate shower.
A staircase leads to another large bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and two separate showers.
The bedrooms in the main building all have their own TV.
The annex of the property is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a small TV room as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there is a single bedroom and another double bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Daily cleaning except on Sundays and public holidays
The property is lined with a large, fenced-in garden and has a 12 x 7 m pool. It is completely quiet and located on the plain and offers excellent conditions for a group of up to 13 people to relax in Tuscany and to be able to easily reach important cities such as Pisa, Lucca or Florence. In addition, the coast is only 45 km away and can be easily reached on half-day excursions
