Villa Fonte 10 km from the beaches of Marina di Cecina and 4 km from Riparbella, surrounded by greenery, and completely fenced, in a sunny and quiet location, ideal for a relaxing holiday in absolute tranquility and equipped with every comfort and in Tuscan style.
Villa Fonte on the ground floor is approximately 160 square meters. Entrance from the veranda to the living room, with a fireplace, over 4 steps it leads to the kitchen with a brick sideboard. (4 gas burner, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). Exit to the garden; On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a washing machine and shower / toilet service to the pool. Spiral stairs up to the upper floor as well as accessible by an outside staircase.
Here on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. Bathroom with shower / toilet. Room with double bed and bath shower / toilet. All windows have mosquito screens.
Billiard room with windows on two sides. The following services are available to guests: tennis court, boccia, games for children, swimming pool (4x8m) which is cleaned daily by the owner) open from mid-May to mid-September.
Next to the aviary with a peacock and a few chickens, which is cleaned by the owner when the guests are not there.
The last 600m to the house are gravel roads. Good restaurant and pizzerias nearby.
