Stella Marina new stylish villa few steps from the beach
Stella Marina is encircled by a lush garden of roses, bougainvillea, cyprus trees and pines, this attractive recently built villa provides the perfect setting for a heavenly Italian beach holiday on one of the country’s loveliest coastlines
Villa Stella Marina, offers a spectacular veranda and a large outdoor area. The floor consists of patterned square tiles made of black marble, which are inlaid in bleached wooden panels, and the white wooden beams of the roof give an unusual colonial character with wicker furniture and large comfortable armchairs. The garden with Mediterranean shrubs (oleanders, plumbago, roses and bouganvailles) and the manicured lawn can be admired from every part of the house through large French doors.
When entering the house, a very high dome roof and a spectacular marble kitchen island give the feeling of entering a very special South Sea area.
On each side of the living area, doors open to two double rooms and 2 twin rooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooms are all decorated differently with individual care for their details in fabric and colors. There is also a pantry and laundry room that open up to the kitchen area.
A private path takes you through the beautiful pineta and dunes to the pristine public beach. Access to the beach is via a private locked gate. There guests also have access to a private hut with towels, sun loungers and parasols.
