Villa in Castiglioncello with fully sea views and private pool
Villa “La Snobbina” at Castiglioncello of approx. 160sqm has space for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower.
All rooms have a sea view. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed that can be pulled out to accommodate 2 people (for children). There is a north terrace and a south terrace, both equipped to eat outdoors directly over the sea. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets during dinner.
Well equipped kitchen with a window to the north terrace, dining room, living room with fireplace, large equipped terrace, panoramic swimming pool with irregular salt water approx.12x4m and depth 140m, loungers and parasols. Outside shower.
The stone steps lead down to the sea, to the rocky coast, ideal for snorkelers or divers. TV; WiFi (sometimes inconsistent). The house is not suitable for children under 7 years.
If you want to live in a house by the sea and look out from the pool at the open sea, this is the place for you !!! When you are here you feel like on a big ship !!!
Ideal starting point for visiting medieval towns like Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena or Volterra or the nearby wine route that leads past Bolgheri, where you can find good enotecans to taste fine wines. Good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
