Villa Gelsomino is a stone farmhouse, situated in the hills 15 km from the beach and in the district of Casale Marittimo.
Villa Gelsomino is a country house, located in a beautiful open but sheltered position. The private swimming pool has a size of 10 x 4m and a depth of 145m. On requestcan be also heated. Equipped with solarium and sunchairs. The sheltered garden has a barbeque and pizza oven.
The country house consists of two floors. The ground floor is in natural stone, the living room with fireplace, sofa and satellite TV, on the evelated level is the very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave) and dining room with direct arched exit to the garden where you on a wonderful cast iron table you can enjoy your meal.
In total, it has 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, one of which is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. 2 rooms with double beds and a room with 4 single beds. All bedrooms have fly screens. WiFi can be found on the ground floor.
