La Vedetta is a small private holiday home with a beautiful sea view and a private park and it is located directly by the sea, it is separate from the main villa, terrace, private access to the sea.
The house is located just outside the elegant town of Castiglioncello in a privileged location in a large garden with private access to the sea. On a clear day, enjoy an outdoor breakfast and admire the islands of the Tuscan archipelago that shape the horizon of the Etruscan coast surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean scrub.
The house, with simple furnishings, consists of two small bedrooms (double bed and 1 bunk bed), a small well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a bathroom. Setup is simple, but you get a location that not everyone can enjoy. Patio or balcony; Garden. Private parking lot.
