The well-known cities like Pisa (40min.); Volterra (40min.) Lucca (60min.) are easy to reach by car. There are small towns where you can buy the most important groceries, or good places to eat invite you to a feast.
Detached house that extends over three floors. Panoramic terrace, covered porch with large barbecue and wood oven. The relaxation area is in the direction of the forest view. Porch with sofa and dining table, small spa with whirlpool and small pool of 3.4×3.4 H 120, with solarium area. Coming from the large veranda, on the ground floor, there is the large dining-living area, fireplace and smart sofa -TV, air conditioning, kitchen complete with all appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven) large worktop, spiral staircase to master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.
A stone staircase leads up to a double bedroom, large living area with two single beds, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Pets welcome.
