Casale Torcicoda a Tuscan farmhouse, built with authentic stone, is located among the green and stunning Pisan hills
Casale Torcicoda and you can experience a quiet and peaceful stay in this marvellous villa, surrounded by a large partly fenced garden.
The panorama offers unique and unspoiled landscapes, with centuries-old olive trees and excellent views towards Pisa and the sunset.
Casale Torcicoda is very close to important tourist jewels such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Forte dei Marmi, all within a short drive. To sea by Cecina Mare or Marina di Bibbona you take about 45minutes. Also you will find a ping-pong table. Next to the house there is also a private accommodation, which, however, is visited very irregularly. Absolute privacy is guaranteed.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Ground floor:
A spacious fully equipped kitchen with a classic majolica wood-burning stove and a large dining table.
An external pergola allows guests to enjoy wonderful meals al fresco with a stunning view on the Chianni hills.
Thanks to an amazing stone wood-oven on a panoramic terrace, guests can also cook and taste a real Italian pizza night!
A few steps lead us to the bright and wide living area with large sofas around the traditional fireplace (103m2).
The ceiling features original barrel arches.
The large French windows overlook the swimming pool area, which is surrounded by impressive flower beds, expertly and patiently groomed. In this outdoor space guests can relax and admire the soft hills in the pink light of dawn or the golden rays of sunset.
On this level there is a spacious bathroom with shower.
First Floor:
2 double bedroom (160X200) with ensuite bathroom with shower.
One double bedroom (160X200)and one twin bedroom (80X200)with shared bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan and air condition.
