Casa Toti is a spacious cottage surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan aerea
Casa Toti, in a seal of 800 hectares with swimming pool. In the car, just 30 minutes, there are the beaches of Bolgheri, Bibbona and the rocks of Castiglioncello, where you can scroll by bicycle in the hills, the pine forest and the dunes of the sea. Aid swimming pool 30 April/20 October (here dogs are not allowed) and is shared with the nearby property. The road inside the estate was paved in 2023.
The farmhouse consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed (160 cm) and the other with a “French” bed (140 cm). The mezzanine has two “futon” large ones that can be used as Spartan beds for two people, or considered for a quite place to read a book….
Entering, there is the kitchen and living room in the fond, all in all creating a unique and welcoming environment.
A bathroom is complete with shower and the other with only toilet and sink.
There is also a shower with hot water outside.
Outside the house there is a living area for the whole family, with barbecue for exclusive use.
Swimming Pool 12mx6m to share with an other family. Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the pool water.
