Casa Gino situated close to the medieval country of Casale Marittima
Casa Gino is located below Casale Marittimo and can accommodate up to 4 people. The village of Casale Marittimo can be easily reached on foot using small stairs that lead to the village, where you can do all the shopping you need. Good restaurants and pizzerias all within walking distance. Also very good starting point to reach the well-known medieval places like Volterra, San Gimignano or Siena. The owners live on the upper floor. Absolute privacy is guaranteed.
The apartment is on the ground floor in a two-family house with sea view and a small garden, veranda with table and chairs for dining. Private parking, the entire property of approx. 2,000 square meters is fenced.
The entrance leads to the living area with sofa and fireplace, TV and dining area. A round arch leads to the small kitchen, well equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and dishwasher, oven and dining area.
Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower (no window), washing machine, bedroom with 2 beds. (Single bed and French bed. Bathroom with tub and shower (with window). The bedrooms have air conditioning and fly screens are installed on all windows.

Good starting point for visiting the small medieval villages such as Montescudaio, Guardistallo or spending the wine route passing the famous village of Bolgheri, where you can not only taste good wines, but also find small restaurants with typical dishes. Te beach of Cecina Mare can be reached in just 30 minutes.
