Casa di Caccia near Reggello (Florence) is located in a beautiful valley, surrounded by meadows and forests.
The house with the outbuilding “La Limonaia” is completely fenced where your four-legged companions are also very welcome. For those who are looking for a bit of seclusion and tranquility, but do not want to forego the proximity of other places, Casa di Caccia is the right place for a holiday. It has a size of approx. 265 square meters with a large covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner, or you can just relax in the shade.
The large garden (approx. 2200 sqm) with a beautiful equipped pool of 10x5m and 1.40m deep make your stay complete. Barbecue, table tennis, sauna and whirlpool in the house. Free wifi.
The house is equipped as follows:
On the ground floor there is the very well equipped kitchen, dining room with large dining table, living room with fireplace, flat screen and bathroom.
On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms with 4 with double beds and one four-bed room with 5 bathrooms each and all with a hairdryer.
On the ground floor of the annex “La Limonaia” there is a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette, TV, and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), each with its own bathroom.
WiFi throughout the house.
It is possible to rent only the main house (10/12 people) with exclusive use of the pool and the garden.
Very good unpaved access road.
Florence is 35 km from the accommodation, while Monteriggioni is 39 km away. The nearest airport is Florence Airport, 25 km from the property.
