Casa Dante is a lovely holiday home near Palaia in the province of Pisa and is located in a wooded area
Casa Dante is a very nice holiday house with fenced garden and has a swimming pool of 12 x 7 m. The holiday house with 3 double bedrooms can accomodate up to 6 people and offers the best conditions for a top quality holiday.
The house is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is an excellent equipped kitchen with a very nice living room and a dining room with direct access to the terrace. The house is on a slope and there is another basement under the first floor. Here you will find another double bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, as well as a second double bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, dryer. and ironing board with iron.
On the top floor of the house there is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower and a large bedroom with a small balcony.
The villa was completely renovated in 2007 with the highest standards. The splendid location and the good facilities of the property, as well as the central position with respect to important cities such as Pisa, Lucca, but also Florence in relative proximity of about 70 km away, offer the best conditions for a splendid holiday in the heart of Tuscany.
