Casa Clara is from the renovation of an ancient farmhouse along the transumance roads of the Maremma countryside, the beautiful Casale EnRiCa offers you hospitality in the Tuscan Maremma landscapes. Country known for good drinking and eating! Land of traditions, history, natural parks, thermal baths and the crystalline sea. The farmhouse is just 15 minutes from Grosseto and 20 minutes from the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The house do exist of two parts, one new building (ground floor) and one original (first floor)The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a bio pool. The ground floor has a large living room, dining room, pool table, and a well equipped kitchen. the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, can be reached separately from the outside.
On the upper floor, reached by an external staircase, there is a living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with tub / shower extra. Cotto floor and wooden beam ceiling.
