Il Conte is only a few kilometers from Montegemoli and close to Volterra.
Il Conte is a farm house where you can really enjoy the nature with all its colours. Meadows and forests invite you for a walk. Nobody will disturb you here in this haven of peace.
Il Conte is an antique farm that is rented on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with armchairs, dining table and large fireplace. One bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. Large garden, with covert terrace by the house, swimming pool.
The first floor you reach by a outside stairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. 2 bathrooms with tube/shower, small living room with fireplace. Simple but antique furniture.
The first store are in Saline di Volterra, or in nearby Pomarance. Nearby you will find the famous village bakery of Montegemoli. who delivers his bread in the whole area !!! It is possible that you can buy the bread for your breakfast.
