Villa Rondine is a beautiful stone farmhouse, 300 meters from the provincial road. It has a large veranda and a pergola with wrought iron tables and chairs, a barbecue, a solarium and a fantastic infinity pool on the hill with breathtaking views!
The villa has two large and bright living rooms with a relaxation area with sofas and a stone fireplace, an LCD TV area, a DVD player, a stereo and a Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen overlooks the covered porch and the panoramic terrace with pool.
The six bedrooms, two on the ground floor and the other four on the first floor, are well-groomed to the last detail, some with four-poster beds and stone sinks. The Villa Rondine has a laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer.
