Casolare Tramonto with beautiful sea view close to Casale Marittimo and Bibbona
Casolare Tramonto, which was completed in 2019, is built in the Tuscan style, but is completely modern with a high-quality building material. It is located between the two historic towns of Casale Marittimo and Bibbona. Casolare Tramonto has a wonderful location with stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. The house has 3 floors, but only the middle one is habitable. The house is for sole use. The entrance is via stairs or an elevator.
The house entrance leads directly into the large living room with an open kitchen, dining bench and living room corner with a two-person sofa and armchairs. Reading corner, dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the garden and the beautifully equipped infinity pool (7x5m 1.50 depth). Equipped terrace overlooking the pool and garden. In addition, there are small hidden niches around the house to relax or just enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
Two large modern bedrooms each with a large en suite bathroom and shower. Each bedroom has an exit to the garden.
Underfloor heating or air conditioning make your stay even more pleasant. The house can also be rented over the winter months. Long-term rental is also popular.
The outside area includes a large enclosed garden with a very nice infinity pool and a shady arbor. The pool also has an integrated children’s pool. Covered parking space for up to three vehicles. It is possible to have two extra beds on the ground floor. Laundry room with washing machine.
The sandy beach of Marina di Bibbona is only a 15-minute drive from the sea. Good starting point to reach all historical places. The wine route is at your feet, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci are just a stone’s throw away. The island of Elba can be visited by ferry (1 hour crossing) at Piombino. The airport of Pisa can be reached in 1 hour. A car is required in this home. E-charging station available.
