Casa Alice directly on the sand-beach close to Castiglione della Pescaia
Casa Alice is only 30 steps to the wide beach, silence and the rush of the sea alternate harmoniously, embraced by the Mediterranean macchia and protective pine trees – welcome to the beach house “Casa Alice”. Only 5 minutes by car south of Castiglione della Pescaia and yet so private and exclusive, in the middle of the untouched, wide natural landscape of the Maremma.

Natural wood furniture gives the house a casual, airy cottage character in which you immediately feel at home.
Arrive, shoes off and feet in the sand.
The house is divided into two levels. The main entrance is via the terrace on the side facing the sea. The ground floor is accessed via an entrance area, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with plenty of natural light. The almost room-long table offers space for all guests in the house, for dinner together, social get-togethers or enough space for particularly large puzzles. The reading corner in front of the fireplace is ideal for browsing your favorite magazines or reading your holiday books in peace.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. A real adventure playground awaits the little guests here. A workbench and a real painter’s desk for the craftsmen and artists of tomorrow. The two sleeping areas offer a feeling of security and are comfortable for reading “good night stories”.
The absolute highlight comes at the end. A loft-like bedroom with a sea view. Here you would like to wake up every day. A bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the space on this level.
The terrace on the sea side is ideal for al fresco dining or for a nap in a deck chair. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets with an aperitif under the awning on the beach.
