Casa Muraccio is located in the municipality of Massarosa in the province of Lucca
Casa Muraccio is a holiday house ideal for up to 6 people with a 120 qm fenced garden as a beautiful view up to sea sea. The walls outside and inside from the house are all stone and the original of the house has been retained. In the garden there are many trees that promise a cool and shadow summer.
The house is divided as follows:
On the Groundfloor there is a well equipped kitchen with a terrace where you can eat. Dining room and bathroom with shower and Living room with open fire place.On the mezzanine floor there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of them wit panorama terrace with sea view.There are olive groves and gardens around the house.
The sea of Viareggio is only 15 km away, Lucca, Pisa and Pietrassanta should not be missed for a visit.
